How to Make DIY Mini Football Helmets (Amazing Water Bottle Crafts)
These DIY mini football helmets will add a fun decoration for your football party and can also be used to put on the top of your bottle so you will always know which drink is yours. You can easily make a mini football helmet water bottle craft. The helmet is cut from reused water bottles and uses inexpensive things from the craft store. Each mini helmet can be made with a unique player number also can be customized and used as fun bobblehead decorations for your favorite team.
My favorite football games in the NFL season are the playoffs. These mini football helmets would look make a fun football party decor to watch the games! They are so easy to make that once the Super Bowl teams are determined, these DIY mini football helmets can be quickly made for each of the two teams as a decoration or given as football party favors.

I have made a larger version of my DIY football helmet made from a milk jug which I also show on my TV segment video above. As a decoration for my DIY Football Party Decorations TV segments I would make two milk jug football helmets of the opposing teams and use them as a set decoration as I show below.

Materials
- Empty Plastic Bottle
- Multi-Surface Acrylic Paint
- Chenille Stems
- Team Logos
- Hot Glue Gun and Craft Glue
How to Make the DIY Mini Football Helmet
- Cut the bottom 2-1/4 inches of the plastic bottle.

- Draw the outline of the football helmet with a permanent marker and cut it out.
- Paint the helmet with multi-surface acrylic paint.
- Mold the chenille stem into a faceguard and attach with hot glue.
- Paint paper strips to make the stripes on the helmet.
- Glue accents onto the Mini Football Helmet with craft glue to finish your custom mini football helmets.
