DIY Birthday Party Decorations – Stay-at-Home
I was on @WBAL Sunday morning showing how to make a DIY birthday party decorations using things you may already have around your house. Even with the Stay-in-Place order, you can still have a fun and festive birthday celebration.
Here are some ice cream cone birthday hats you can make from a brown paper bag, brown marker, cotton balls and pieces of decorative paper or craft foam.
Cut out the paper template and draw lines on the paper to simulate a sugar cone.
Glue the sides of the hat together to form a cone. Pull off pieces of the cotton balls and glue them to the edges of the hat.
Glue colorful pieces of paper or craft foam to the cotton to look like sprinkles. Glue on a string to form a hat or use them for a decorative display.
